March 25, 2008 Potluck Lunch was held at Noon at Howard Hall, Linda Geiling was the guest speaker and gave a very interesting presentation on Bluebird habitat, including a movie from inside of a bluebird nest & the female building her nest, laying 5 eggs the nesting & hatching procedure through the birds fledging. Very interesting, Thank You Linda!

August 16, 2007, The Mountain Babes of Pleasant Valley (A chapter of the Red Hat Society) Had 17 members and guests that went to the Deleware Hotel in Leadville for lunch. The "Babes" made a surprise visit to a Howard resident (Kathleen Hulsey) at the new Pueblo Bank & Trust in Leadville, (ask her what we did!! Hee-Hee!)
