BLM (Bureau of Land Management) Cañon City, Salida and Denver offices Leah Quesenberry, Interpretive Specialist: interpretive reviews; engaged professional writer; conducted training class on interpretive writing for
WFHS people. Lindell Greer, Land Specialist: located BLM land for signs and GPS'd BLM sign locations; provided maps. Monica Weimer, Archaeologist and Historian: artifacts assessment along the Pathway; generated a report to OAHP, Colorado Historical Society. John Nahomenuk, Manager BLM Salida: overall feasibility and safety assessment; support funding. Andy Senti, Denver: Post Office history documents and maps.
AHRA (Arkansas Headwaters Recreation AreaState Parks), Salida office Rob White, Manager: sign specs and sign design type; located Vallie Bridge sign; provided support funding.
CHS (Colorado Historical Society) / State Historical Fund: Staff reviews of draft and final historical content; provided contract for GARNA; approved final panel layout design; took site tours; provided major grant funding.
Fremont County, Commissioner Keith McNew: authorized funds grant and in-kind services; new contract with BLM for sign pullouts along Fremont County Road 45. Paul Garrett, Supervisor Road and Bridge: for initial site preparation, graded turnouts for signs; provided temporary storage of signs and Sackrete at Cotopaxi barn. May do some additional landscaping around the sign locations as time and budget permit. Obtained UNCC clearance for underground cables prior to digging grade-outs. Will assist in maintaining signs and site in good condition.

Kathryn Wadsworth: GARNA Pathway Project Manager: Provided overall project direction and management.
Bill Schrader: Field Coordinator and worker: hauled Sackrete and drinking water to sites; took photos; checked sign installations to meet guidelines.
Michael Goddard: Assistant Field Coordinator and worker: acquired and prepared materials; contacted volunteers, including Dale Engeman and UNCC; hauled signs to sites; checked sign installations to meet guidelines, removed Sonotubes after installation was completed. Special thanks are due to Michael and Linda for a large and fast moving amount of work in a short time.
Bill Parks: furnished and hauled water to sites for mixing Sackrete; mixed water and Sackrete; gathered filler rocks for Sackrete.

Public Viewing of "Pathway into History" Framed Proofs
Howard Volunteer Fire Department (HVFD) Dan Ogden, Fire Chief: is providing public viewing area for framed proofs of the twelve historical signs in the upstairs conference room. In this way, everyone, even those not havingfour-wheel drive vehicles, will be able to view and enjoy the signs. Included are copies of newspaper articles that ran in Salida's The Mountain Mail, a dedication plaque to the memory of Carolee Schrader
(who conceived the "Pathway" idea), and other pertinent information.
High Country Bank of Salida Cindy Klinedinst, Operations Manager: donated $100 to frame the "Pathway" proofs.
Wal-Mart of Salida Ron Ertl, Manager: donated $50 to frame the "Pathway" proofs.
